Summer speed, power, agility, and conditioning camps to advance your playing performance.
WHEN: All summer Programs begin Monday June 28th 2010 Camps for 7,8 or 9 weeks ending August 13th, 20th, and 27th (all testing days).
WHERE: Proformance Sports Training- state of the art training facility located on the second floor of the Amherst Center (1615 Amherst Manor Drive, Amherst, NY)
WHO: Co-ed programs offered for modified, high school, and collegiate athletes.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
- Pre/Post test of 40yd. dash, 20yd. shuttle, vertical
- A functional assessment to identify areas of weakness
- Sport Specific movements built on the proper foundation
- Greater athletic efficiency by learning proper mechanics
- Increased speed, agility, and strength
- Proper weightlifting programs for Upper and Lower body as well as Olympic lifting
- Injury Prevention
- Nutrition assessment
