WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Pre/Post test of 40yd. dash, 20yd. shuttle, vertical
  • A functional assessment to identify areas of weakness
  • Sport Specific movements built on the proper foundation
  • Greater athletic efficiency by learning proper mechanics
  • Increased speed, agility, and strength
  • Proper weightlifting programs for Upper and Lower body as well as Olympic lifting
  • Injury Prevention
  • Nutrition assessment
