Sport Specific If you look at the movements of each game, they replicate. Everybody wants to get faster and quicker, but certain movement patterns really make each game special. Some of that, in soccer for instance, is with and without a soccer ball. With hockey, its with and without a puck. With football its movement and reaction. And so, what we’re trying to do is really give athletes the training and opportunity to improve their speed and their power output.
