Speed, and Conditioning experience with YOU!
 
What you can expect for 8 weeks this summer?
 
YOU WILL BE PROFESSIONALLY ASSESSED
You will Embody the Biomechanics of Speed, Strength and Conditioning
You will Learn Force Application, will Run Faster and Change Direction Efficiently
You will Lift to improve how you React and Move
YOU WILL GET STRONGER
You will Develop Posture / Balance and Explosive Movement
You will learn how to Fuel your Body
You will increase your Range of Motion as an Athlete through Dynamic Warm Ups
YOU WILL GET FASTER
 
When: 8 weeks beginning MONDAY June 25th and ending FRIDAY August 17th or 10 weeks through August 31st
Where: Brand new State of the Art training facility @ the Pepsi Center
Cost: $75 per week or $440 for the whole summer (If paid up front)($560- 10 weeks)
**If paying weekly, payment due every Monday or a $15 late fee may apply-
What Days: Monday / Wednesday / Friday 
**** Week of 4th of July will go only on (Mon & Friday -cost is $40.00)
Start Times for Ages 14 and up:
Level 1- All new athletes
M:W:F - 9:00-10:30AM OR 11:30-1:00PM  OR /4:00-5:30
Level 2- Athletes who have trained with Proformance throughout the year.  MWF 2:00-3:30PM 
   
June 25th - Pre- assessment testing day
Aug- 10th -Post assessment for football/soccer players
Aug 17th/31st- Post assessment for all other athletes

Start times for Ages 12 and 13: Tues/Thurs  3:30-4:30pm
 $40 a week
 

ABOUT THE COACHES

JOHN OPFER ,founder/owner, has been a STRENGTH, CONDITIONING and SPEED coach to the Buffalo Bills, Cleveland Indians, University of Tennesee and the University of Buffalo.
