How It Works


Here's how to begin training at Proformance

Step 1: Athletes must participate in a functional assessment conducted by John Opfer prior to beginning their training. Assessments are done Saturday mornings at 9am and will take approximately 2 and a half hours to complete. To sign up for an assessment go to our contact page and email to schedule a date that works for you.

Step 2: After you are assessed, you will be placed with a trainer who specializes in the skills needed to give you the highest level of success. You may be assigned to Individual Training or Group Training session depending on your needs based off the evaluation.

Step 3: Create a personalized schedule with your trainer- ideally training twice a week to see the optimal results.
