Here at Proformance we use a special methodology in our programing that combines strength, power, body control, and speed development with sport specific skill sets, movement patterns, and energy systems. It's one thing to see an athlete's testing numbers improve, but it is another to see those translate directly into an athlete's sports performance. Proformance has proven for over 20 years that it's methodology is more than capable of improving both the athlete's statistics inside our building as well as on the court or field. Proformance Sports Training is all about developing an athletes complete ability to perform.
