Proformance Sports Training is beginning to be the training facility for football players looking to play at the next level. In football there is a myth that becoming bigger, stronger, and faster are all going to lead you to becoming a better football player which is not necessarily true. If we add 10 pounds of muscle to your body, but you become slower, then you did not get any better. If you can't get to the play and make an impact then your training is not effective.

We assess each athlete to show us what's missing, which may be to get your body to move at velocities and reaction times faster than before.  Each athlete is different and at Proformance we train each athlete as a unique individual to provide them with whatever tools they need to succeed.

Typically there is more time spent in the weight room in football than in any other sport. People are coming to Proformance Sports Training because we are trying to take the time that you are busting your tail lifting weights and make it highly efficient. We train to build you up to give you the missing link that's going to get you to be a dominant football player. Focusing on more than just the weight an athlete can bench or squat, we provide athletes with the mechanical skills to improve their body and their mind allowing them to reach their highest potential.
