Group training sessions allows you to train with the areas best athletes that have the same dreams, goals, and aspirations. Proformance group training sessions are made up of committed athletes that have trained individually with us prior to joining group training. Athletes will be grouped based on similar experience, goals, or needs which allows the sessions to remain individualized and useful. The groups allow athletes to push each other and motivate one another to do better and reach higher levels.
