:please note all athletes that have never trained at Proformance must be assessed 3 weeks prior to camp start dates so that individual development and exercise experiance can be progressed to a point where our summer camp will benifit the athlete.
Performance group level 1
An hour and a half class designed to develop foundational strength, coordination, power, speed, and injury prevention. Groups begin with a dynamic warm-up followebreakdown of a challenging skill movement related to speed, agility and/or jumping, a resistance training circuit emphasizing upper body, lower body, or overall power, and ending with a conditioning or core drill.
