Here at Proformance we use a special methodology in our programing that takes strength, power, body control, and speed development and co- mingles that develpment with sport specific skill sets, movement patterns, and energy systems.  It's one thing to see just testing numbers improve in speed, agility, jumping ability, and upper and lower body strength.  Those factors are great and Proformance has proven for almost 12 years that it's methodology is more than capable of  improving those qualitys.  Proformance Sports Training is all about developing an athletes complete ability to perform.
